It’s also the FIRST DAY of the rest of your life.
Think about it! Everything that happened yesterday is in the past. It may or not have been important.
This morning, the sun brought a NEW DAY and a chance to start over again. What happens now is VERY IMPORTANT. It’s the rest of your life.
And, guess what! You get to start your life over again every single day. Isn’t that exciting? Imagine what new opportunities may come your way.

Good Morning Dawn, A little story.
My uncle had never recovered from his divorce. The separation from his wife and children burdened him until his death.
He could not let go of the past. He dragged the past behind him on thick ropes wrapped around his neck and chest.
This was also expressed in his house. He had packed all the belongings of his beloved wife and beloved children in parcels and packages, even labeled them, with content details down to the smallest detail. There were two rooms full.
He dragged these packages behind him until his death.

That’s a very sad story, Karl. I feel very bad for your uncle. While working in mental health, I met a lot of people like that who were still clinging to things that had happened to them decades ago. They let those things affect their whole life. I hope you have a wonderful, stress-free day today!
